Had my usual chronic neck and shoulder tension which gave me horrible headaches and impacted my ability to work & just do my day to day things. Booked this as I couldn’t stand any longer & in 15min felt like a new person. Massage was rather painful but given the short time, it needs to be strong acupressure to be impactful. Will likely return 4*
