Ive been to this salon for years and was disappointed by the inflexibility I received on my latest treatment. I had paid for gel removal and gel manicure - during the gel removal I noticed damage was being done to my nails as the removal was not done and applied aggressively. To avoid further damage to my nails, I requested to not go ahead with the gel manicure and instead keep credit at the store for next time. They didnt allow me to do so even though the damage was caused on their side.

Had to wait half an hour for my booked appointment. Management here really need to manage the booking system as staff were obviously stressed and over worked. Shame as it used to be a good salon.
