I have still not received a refund for the appointment I booked and paid for but was told on arrival they could not do. I was then told I would have to wait 40minutes in the salon to get the refund if I wanted it that day. Please can someone follow up.

Sadly it was terrible. I’d booked & paid but they told me on arrival they couldn’t do it & if I wanted a refund I would need to wait 40mins. Not ideal & very poor customer service.
