The salon called me the morning of my treatment to inform me my appointment had been cancelled as they were closed for 4 weeks. I’ve asked both the salon and Treatwell for a refund but have still had nothing. I’ve asked for an email confirming the cancellation so Treatwell will give me my refund but have had nothing. Appalling service from both, and completely unacceptable

Shape and Paint for Nails and Toenails has lasted me a good few days! Joanna was lovely, the atmosphere of the salon was relaxing and I will definitely be returning for more treatments!
