Joanna was a brilliant beauty therapist. She made me feel really relaxed and was very friendly. I have had bikini waxes before which have been uncomfortable and resulted in bad ingrown hairs. Joanna did a really thorough waxing job that was not uncomfortable at all, and gave me some excellent aftercare advice to avoid ingrown hairs. I will definitely come back again!
