The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had eyebrow tint and LVL lashses and felt very comfortable at the salon and during treatments.
This was the first LVL lash treatment I have had and the whole process was explained to me before it started so I knew what to expect, which was great. The treatment was OK, I'm not used to my eyes being touched or treated in anyway but the therapist was very careful and kept checking I was OK. It took an hour and there was definite lift and curl - I hope it lasts a while! Will definitely go back again.
The store was nicely decorated and clean, staff friendly and approachable, I chose a treatment that unfortunately caused pain, but this was expected; staff members anticipated this and were empathetic.

had LVL eyelashes done . I am very pleased with them . Very natural looking .
Had a special offer £40 reduced to £30 so very good value .
Was recommended this salon by friend who is frequent client . Very happy with results and most certainly Wiley be coming back .
