I'm extremely disappointed with my recent nail service. As a first-time customer getting my nails done, I wasn't sure what to anticipate, but the outcome is far from satisfactory. The nails feel excessively thick, their shape is uneven, and an excessive amount of nail polish was applied, resulting in a patchy appearance. The nail technician's handling caused my cuticles to bleed, making the whole process uncomfortable. I'm truly dissatisfied with the result, and honestly, it's embarrassing.

I really love the shop, I think the decor is lovely and there’s a nice warm atmosphere. My nails are nice. Luckily I got them done whilst they were running an off-peak discount. Due to the rise in price, I don’t think I’ll be going back regularly. But it was a nice experience nevertheless 🤍
