Sally is very professional & welcoming but the premise isn't set up for a relaxing treatment. I'm able to block out noises but not everyone would, alot of loud noise from the next room and the landing outside the room. The treatments were good but the massage lacked little attention to details like towels or a blanket to cover you instead you lie on disposable roll, no pillow for head when lieing on back & no bolster for legs. Dermaplaning was good but I noticed a few spots missed after.

Fabulous massage. Really helped relieve some stresses! Sally asked how firm I would like it and acknowledged my wishes perfectly.
Very professional and friendly.
One comment I would like to make was that there was quite a lot of background noise from the building… although Sally put some music on when the treatment started, it was on a phone and quite “tinny”… perhaps invest in a speaker & have the music on all the time so create a more relaxed feeling.
Overall though great & I’ve rebooked🥰
