Terrible don’t bother
Had removal of gel polish and reapplication. Spent £30 and two days later polish has come off two nails and is chipped on others. Absolute waste of money don’t bother. Would ask for money back if I thought they cared about customer satisfaction

Slightly disappointed that they couldn’t accommodate 3 people at once for a facial even thought the website allowed us to book it. The facial was nice but only 45 mins when it’s supposed to be 1 hour. Friends had a head massage but I didn’t, they bought the same treatment as me and friend was left for 20 minutes with a mask on.
