Really disappointing service, ladies left me standing when I walked in and then directed me to sit without greeting or much acknowledgment. I was then asked if I’d had a skin test- Which I hadn’t and told I couldn’t have the treatment. This was very disappointing since I’d not had eyelash extensions before and had made arrangements to get to the salon specially since they could do so the original appointment I made and rearranged 3 times. If i’d have known (as it is obviously a sensible thing to do) I could have been in a better position to organize and not expect a service which I didn’t receive. When I asked why it hadn’t been mentioned on the phone, I was simply given an eye roll and an ‘I don’t know’. Really didn’t think much of the customer service which is a shame because I had to go elsewhere.
