I was 10’ late for my appointment but was admitted straight away. Very fast service, pretty standard... Although I’d have appreciated them offering to put cooling cream rather than me having to ask for it and them putting more than a minuscule amount.
I had booked 2 treatments, classic facial and eyelash extensions. I have awarded facial a 4 star as the lady who did it was nice and facial was ok for what I paid. For eyelash extensions I have given a 2 star and this was done by a different lady. I don't know her name as I didn't even get a 'hi' let alone an introduction, she just gave me a form and said 'fill this'. The whole experience was not friendly and have to say I did not enjoy the treatment. The treatment I booked was for 1 and half hour but she finished in less than an hour. I felt like she was rushing and she even took a personal phonecall in the middle of the session (talking in her own language) which I found quite unprofessional. When she was done and i had a look I wasn't immediately pleased with it, she said it was as I wasn't used to it, then left and sent her colleague over to talk to me.
I don't think I will be returning.
Frankly, they need to work on their hospitality and make customer feel more welcome.
The treatment itself was great, if a little shorter than the 30 minutes I had paid for. I did however have an issue with my booking. I received a phone call on the afternoon of my appointment asking if I could come in earlier, however I could not due to my working hours. They then asked me to come in another day. I advised that I was going on holiday and could not do this. They eventually accepted they would have to honour the booking but it was done with an ill grace and I was not too impressed with this.
