Horrible experience, pedicure finished in 15mins while on the website states 1hr 15mins. my sister had booked me a spa pedicure as my birthday gift. She chose the one which was for longest time as i love exfoliation and massages. When i asked the lady why she finished my pedicure so early she says u dont need any more.. i mean what the hell does that mean? If it says 1 hr you do 1 hr. then i told her that i will not pay the full price as it is not justified. She was a very rude manager and did not know a bit about customer satisfaction. She refused to take any less than 25 as stated on their price list. She asked me to speak to treatwell as the 1hr time is mentioned on its website and not the salons. I spoke to Treatwell, they could not help me much either- i felt that none of tge parties cared about their customer. I had another appointment booked somewhere so i had to pay and run to the other one.
As for staff, there were only 2 ladies so my sister and friend had to wait for an hour just to get their eyebrows done.
I am extremely disappointed as this ruined my birthday.
I demand My money back
