Worst wax I've ever had. Appointment was 25 minutes late. I paid for a hot wax and almost all was done by strip. The bits that were done my hot were extremely painful and it was clear the beauty therapist did not know how to use hot wax. It was extremely painful and lots of hair left behind. It was also extra to do everything which wasn't an add on option so very unclear this was the case. Don't think I will be coming back.

The worst massage I've ever had. Would never go back or recommend this place. She had no idea what she was doing, even though I specifically told her how I wanted her to massage. Complete waste of money and time.
