Awful customer service on arrival. They got the wrong idea about my treatment after I’d stated what I had booked in for and then proceeded to ask again and got it wrong again. Unclean salon. Very uncommunicative and rude employees. Had waxing done for the public to see through the shop window, no privacy. Felt rushed throughout my treatment. 1/10 wouldn’t book here again

I turned up to be told very directly that I wasn't booked in and they can't do my treatment. No apology or attempt to rearrange. I felt as though I was the one in the wrong!
