They used the wrong eyelash extension to the one I asked for then I had to pay extra
The manicure and pedicure was great. But the lady who did the eyebrow waxing, took too much from the left eyebrow. It is horrible. Made my face look weird. The tints were ok but not worth it. Would definitely not be coming back for eyebrow shaping ever again.
Was 15mins late for my appt but I did call in advance. The staff member that acknowledged me was very rude and ignored the fat that I had called. Lashes were not stuck on properly could literally see the gap between my eye and the lash tried to say it but all she said was that the glue was not dried yet. Was too rushed will not be returning as this is my 2nd time at this place and both occasions was a disappointment.
