Despite our booking they weren't expecting us! I was happy with my nails but my daughters wasn't so! However, price very good!

Extremely friendly service and professional staff. I was a bit disappointed with the nail polish offering and the one I ended up getting didn't quite match the sample. Good value.

I am left shocked and disappointed following this appointment. I arrived and they had no record of my booking, I’m then escorted upstairs to an unclean room where the door was not closed for the duration of the appointment and I counted three people including another client who came into the room whilst I was having my wax. The lady then proceeded to drip wax all over my work dress that I had hoisted right up and not only did she not apologise but she blamed me for it despite me hitching up my dress to avoid this. Reasonable wax but not worth ruining my dress over and being embarrassed by their open door treatments.
