Waited 30minutes to be taken into tiny room. Therapist opened door whilst sister was undressing without knocking while a male client was stood right outside.
Therapists used mostly hands not stones, and were trying to communicate throughout massages, attention was not on the massage. Room was clean but bright lights and no music so listened to phone ringing and other clients. Not very relaxing at all.

Not very hygienic and not a great job at finishing my nails. I wish I had to guts to say something in store but was too embarrassed. I could have done this at home myself.
