Very unsatisfied. Got a Shellac polish on my natural nails for the first time, and am severely disappointed.
Firstly, when I first sat down with a lady to start doing my nails, she was called away almost immediately to do something else, leaving me to sit there and wait again for someone to come over and begin.
The lady that finally came over to do my nails rushed the job (only taking about 25 minutes, as opposed to the 45 minute appointment time) leaving areas of my nails unpolished and also quite a large amount of polish on the skin around my nails.
It has been less than a week since I’ve had this treatment and my nails are already beginning to chip and peel. Not worth the money I paid at all.
I wouldn’t recommend, nor visit again, at least with the same lady and/or treatment.
