Eyelash Extensions
Treatment ordered was "full stomach or full back" at £16, however when I turned up I was charged a further £7 as further down the list it stated mens full back at £23. As I ordered on my phone and treatment I ordered was not stated as gender specific + I hadn't scrolled the full list of treatments, I do feel the price should have bee honoured.
That said, waxing was very good and reasonably painless.

Hot Stone Massage
The eyelash extensions were great initially. However, after a few days my right eye had the eyelash extensions fall out so it was in patches - didn't last long at all although my left eye was fine. It was clearly not glued on properly. And upon going back, even though they did a shoddy job, they made me pay £20 just for an eyelash refill after 2 weeks when there was barely anything left on my right eye due to them. I have had numerous eyelash extensions and never have I had them fall out so fast on one eye. Ridiculous. Would not recommend and will not be going back.They also didn't know that I had prepaid for it - they had to ring up management.
