Staff where a little rude , waxing was most painful ever. therapist decided to scissor cut and pluck some of my hair.

I booked a spa manicure for my mother for her granddaughters wedding which was costed at £20 when booked on line, My mother is 79 years old and her hands are a little shaky and had to have a few of her nails re-done a few times due to catching them, but instead of cleaning the nail and starting again from scratch the staff just reapplied more varnish on top then more varnish, this was done 4 times on one finger... The staff did huff and puff a few times which was disrespectful to my mother.Upon finishing the manicure and went to pay i was told it was £38 which was not what i see on line- the website is very unclear and false advertisement when it clearly said it would cost me £20 when i booked it. I queried it and she said it was a luxury manicure but i just booked a spa manicure.....There was no luxury in it at all, i little rub of the hands after painting that was all...
Overall it was quite an unpleasant experience for my Mother when it was supposed to be a nice relaxing treat.
Very disappointing in the overall service and matter of fact attitude from the staff.
