Staff spoke in their own language the whole way through the treatment. I watched staff laugh at members of the public who walked in which I thought was exceptionally rude. Treatment was not of a good quality, materials used were of poor quality- for example the product they used in the foot bath was blue- meaning all my dead skin went blue, as did the rest of my feet!! This was not cleaned before applying the polish meaning I had pink nails and blue cuticles. The nail polish was applied too tick (3 coats too), I waited 35 minutes for it to dry (which it is never going to- due to the number of heavy applications) only to be told 'its dry' I put my shoes on and what do you know its all smudged. Terrible service.

Fantastic experience. Beautician was very friendly and did a great job with my nails. Loads of colours to choose from. Will definitely be going back.
Gel Nails Manicure
The girl that did my treatment was pleasant and the waxing was quite good. The staffs, cleanliness and ambience was pretty good.In short, happy with Belleza Beauty Services and recommend to everyone. I would definitely go back again.

Shellac nails were great - waxing not so good as a lot of my skin came off with it, making it look like I had a burn
