I am thrilled with my eyebrows and my pedicure.. they even had a deal and I ended up having a manicure as well. the staff were lovely and I will definitely be going back
My only criticism is that they seemed a bit disorganized when I arrived, I'd booked set times due to an appointment I had that evening but despite having a time I had to wait with all the walk ins.

Really brilliant staff! Lovely looking nails! I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done! Really relaxing place and staff are very friendly

I have been a customer from basically when the shop first opened in Basildon and I have recommended family, sister, daughter and nieces. I reguarally have my eyebrows threaded and tinted and I am always pleased with the results. I can always just walk in at any time and the staff will be available whcih is important for me. They listen to want you want. I have recently started having Crystal Clear facials and I'm very pleased with the results. I can always get an appointment at the time I need and staff are always accommadating and friendly. They do not skim on the products used either. There is a nice friendly atomosphere in the shop. My only negative comment is the noise when having a facial in one of the spa rooms from the main shop can sometimes be slightly off putting. But apart I am also extremley pleased and satisfied.
Lovely place. Very friendly people ☺ very helpful and understanding when discussing treatment needs. Would recommend to anyone who likes being pampered in a very welcoming atmosphere x
