Shame there was such a long wait- apparently Treatwell don’t feed in bookings on a weekend so had to wait 30 minutes for the wax to heat. Very quick once I was in.

I booked a deep-clean facial, but the extraction was limited to a few blackspots. Most blackspots remained, whitespots were left untouched.
Most of the treatment was in fact a massage, which might have even deteriorated the condition of my skin, as I had outbursts of spots afterwards.

Worst experience of my life. I’ve been waxing for over 10 years and never experienced such unprofessionalism. I paid for the more expensive wax which she couldn’t then use in the end as it was “unusable” I’ve never experienced that much pain during a wax. The salon is filthy. If I could give zero stars I would. Still waiting for my refund....I won’t hold my breath! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
