Overall lack of transparency with pricing. Got charged £45 in total which I think is excessive. The problem is that they charged for removal of shellac even though I’d had it applied in the same place.
Pricing comparable to London. Pedicure was good quality but overall experience was mediocre.

lovely experience today, really accommodating and had 3 great treatments! much better opting for hot wax than strip wax that I had somewhere else previously. will be back I'm sure! thank you so much
