The owner I believe was very friendly and saw that I was attended to immediately even when I came earlier than my appt. because I don’t live in Chelmsford I went with the pricing on their website which at the salon was completely different thereby creating an awkward atmosphere when it came to paying. So they need to rectify that, overall it was ok and please the staff need to understand the importance of using hot wax is to make the experience less painful, let the wax mould well because take off. Other than that I may come lol but it was ok.
