Does not offer a Brazilian and was a horrible experience

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. I asked for a Brazilian explaining that I wanted all hair off and for a strip to remain. Instead they gave me a Hollywood. Several times I had to tell the beautician that she was waxing in the wrong direction of the hair and she kept going back over and over again the same spot despite me saying that it was going to bruise the skin. Itâs such a shame as the reviews are good and it was a busy salon so I was hoping for a much better experience

cold salon, and for waxing the bed had literally nothing to cover yourself with, so you are left exposed
