Staff are lovely and friendly. Eyebrows were a bit too dark for me but they have now faded. Recommend them but I won’t be paying for HD again.

Had Shellac nails done and two nails chipped the very next day. At the same time whilst doing my cuticles she cut the top of my thump which has been sore for a few days. May even be infected. Poor service and when I pulled her up as it was bleeding she said it’s fine. Nothing to worry about!! I think I know my own skin when theres blood coming out of your thump you know it’s not ok!

I won't be coming back here again. I paid £38 for a lycon wax and she probably used 2-3 strips of lycon and strip wax everywhere else, which is cheaper and more painful. She covered large (sensitive) areas with single applications of lycon wax and tried and failed to rip it off in one go which was really painful. No pre wax prep, no post wax care except spraying me with a bottle of oil from a distance. She double dipped the spatula which is very unsanitary. She applied the wax in different directions and removed the wax in different directions which is a catastrophe for those of us prone to ingrown hairs. For the back she asked me to turn over and hold my cheeks whilst she used strip wax (again!!!!) instead of using the lycon.
Overall she was nice, but I wouldn't come back here even if I was desperate. They don't know what they're doing.
