Had Shellac nails done and two nails chipped the very next day. At the same time whilst doing my cuticles she cut the top of my thump which has been sore for a few days. May even be infected. Poor service and when I pulled her up as it was bleeding she said it’s fine. Nothing to worry about!! I think I know my own skin when theres blood coming out of your thump you know it’s not ok!

I won't be coming back here again. I paid £38 for a lycon wax and she probably used 2-3 strips of lycon and strip wax everywhere else, which is cheaper and more painful. She covered large (sensitive) areas with single applications of lycon wax and tried and failed to rip it off in one go which was really painful. No pre wax prep, no post wax care except spraying me with a bottle of oil from a distance. She double dipped the spatula which is very unsanitary. She applied the wax in different directions and removed the wax in different directions which is a catastrophe for those of us prone to ingrown hairs. For the back she asked me to turn over and hold my cheeks whilst she used strip wax (again!!!!) instead of using the lycon.
Overall she was nice, but I wouldn't come back here even if I was desperate. They don't know what they're doing.

I booked in two treatments at thise salon, booked one hear and one through there website,upn arriving at salon or my gel extentions, and pedicure, I told them I ha a appointment or 2 treatmen, 1 was for gel extentions and 1 was for a pedicure, I was told very abruptly that they did not do gel extentions and thatthey new nothing off my appointment, when I told them it was onthere websight gel extentions available at Chelmsford, I was not pleased considering I had just spent 2 hrs traveling there,and they wanted to charge me a £40 for gel pedicure, buti could have £5 off I explained I only brought enough t cover both services,i was really annoyed as now ad to go looking around at lastminuite on a Saturday for somewear else I could get my nails done,i would not recommend thise salon as don't have clue wot going on with appoinments
