I got eyelash extensions and it lasted only two days.. I can't believe it only lasted this short time. The application was too messy and too chunky. I wouldn't recommend.

staff were lovely and friendly but the treatment was rushed and terrible!! one of my nails chipped after 2 days and another nail after 5!!very expensive compared to where I normally go also! the nails themselves look awful after only 5 days when normally mine look lovely for at least 3 weeks, very disappointed

I hate to leave a bad review but I felt very unwelcome and uneasy during my entire visit. Waxing is not a pleasant experience as it is however on multiple occasions I told the therapist that the wax was too hot for me to be told that I was "just sensitive" and that it was not too hot. Unfortunately it was and now I am incredibly sore. I also have patches that have been left and I am on the whole very disappointed with the service I received.

Paid extra for Lycon wax but they only had normal hot wax - the wax they used was fine, but no refund of the difference that I had paid. Therapist was lovely, very thorough - did open the door halfway through the treatment when I had my legs wide open which was a bit uncomfortable - no-one walked past, but of course I panicked that someone would. Stayed for threading as well, brilliant eyebrow threading. No frills, but did the job.
