I had trouble parking so rung them and told them I would be a few minutes late. When I rung the person answered 'who's this?' I didn't even know I had got through to the salon (that lack of professionalism pretty much sums the place up). I had booked a treatment just under 2 hours long for £45. I turned up 6 minutes late, the woman on the desk huffed and sighed and rolled her eyes and told me they had taken another customer and I would need to wait (she actually just said 'sit and wait' and pointed to a chair). They didn't tell me how long. After 25 mins I was getting annoyed and asked them to let me know how long i'd have to wait. They ignored me repeatedly and talked about me amongst themselves in another language. Eventually they started the treatment. The pedestal they put my foot on was covered in someone else callouses from the last treatment, they just brushed them off. The lady doing my treatment was nice and polite and did a good job. However, the treatment lasted half an hour less than it should have done.
It's not exactly a relaxing place as it's in the shopping centre so a lot of noise and bustle. But it seemed busy and popular. My guess is it's ok if you don't want any frills, you just want a quick treatment (everyone seemed to want threading) and happy to nip in and out, but if you want something a bit relaxing (and polite staff) choose somewhere else.
