Instead of soaking my acrylics and choosing a more gentle tactic, I had a drill to my natural nails to the point where my fingers were burning and painful, and even days after the service my nails are still sore to the touch.

I did not feel safe as some clients were not challenged for not wearing face masks on. Pedicure was ok, however one foot was bruised due to excessive rubbing with hard skin remover (had many pedicures before and never had achy feet after).
