Lorraine is very welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She explained the treatments carefully and afterwards asked if I had any questions and if I was happy to go ahead.
Great care was taken to explain the after care and I was given a pot of hyaluronic acid and one of arnica, in case there was any bruising.
Lorraine messaged me the day after the treatment, to check that I was OK and happy with the treatment, making sure there were no causes of concern. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Lorraine is very professional and reassured me about the microneedling treatment. She explained fully what the treatment was and what to expect after the session along with the after care.
I was delighted with the outcome of the treatment and booked again as I want to continue having the treatment as it made such a difference to my skin condition.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lorraine to anyone looking for the treatments she offers. The clinic is a lovely relaxing space and Lorraine is so friendly
