I was nervous about going in as I'd never had any treatments done before and I'm scared of needles. Lorraine was so lovely and walked me through everything and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She gave me aftercare instructions and answered all the questions I had about what the different syrums and lights do. Afterwards my skin felt amazing and I will definitely be going back again!
