I am sure that my experience was a one off but my hair was being difficult to remove and I had the same patches re-waxed so many times that my skin became red raw and I had to see a doctor for the skin damage. Really painful and horrible, not the romantic surprise I was aiming for. However she was lovely and the environment was clam and peaceful I would just advise not a Hollywood here but I am sure the other treatments would be great.

Marina was absolutely lovely. I rang her for a very last minute appointment and she set up her room especially for me which was very much appreciated. Top quality service and friendly atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.
The beautician was kind and made me feel at easy, which is very important when working in intimate areas, however a couple of hair went missing. Overall very nice place and staff.
