Unfortunately a long journey to the salon to be told the lashes I booked are wrongley displayed on treatwell- they were not individual eyelash extensions they were Party lashes , which often cause extreme irritation and are very uncomfortable due to the type of glue used / thick clusters attached to the lash. I left with no treatment, loss of a morning off work and had travelled 35 miles for no reason. Luckily the staff were really apologetic, and understanding of why I did not want the treatment that was actually being offered. I would hope it gets changed on the site before more people make the same mistake.
