Really pleased with the result of my haircut - Thanks Kirsty. Everything about the salon was great - but please be aware, shampooing takes place on the 1st floor.

I paid online and went for my hair cut but whe I got there they said that's only for a trim they charged me an extra £5 as "they needed to wet my hair" I paid without saying anything but that was very unfair and disrespectful. The main reason I booked in with that salon was the price but it turned out to be the same price or even more expensive than most of the other salons in Leeds. I was very disappointed and I'm never gonna use them again as what they did was very unfair
