Absolutely loved coming here, the ambience was very chilled and the staff (the lovely receptionist in particular) were so so lovely and attentive. I felt very welcome here. The manicure was also lovely and great for the price - only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the manicurist was a little rough when filing down and cutting cuticles, and it hurt a few times. Also the paint work was a tiny bit messy near the cuticles. BUT I will definitely be back!
The nail salon itself is new and nicely decorated which is really nice considering most in East London are pretty awful. The place is clean and the staff are lovely. I arrived a bit late to my appointment but it wasn't a problem. I was seen to straight away. The lady will take your coat and hang it up for you and offer you tea or water. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure. The quality seems good so far but it's only the first day so can't comment on durability. One thing that isn't so great is there are still little bits of shellac on the sides of some of my nails. Sure it will come off itself but ideally this should not be the case. Also with the manicure there was no lotion applied or quick hand massage but with the pedicure there was. I enjoyed the foot massage. Overall I am satisfied but I will have to wait a week or so to see if it lasts long. I will come again for sure and recommend to others.
