Mariah was fantastic. She noted that I suffered with migraines and focused on my temples/head towards the end which was great. She applied the right pressure and it felt like much longer than 30 mins. I’ll be back soon!

Mariah really helped ease my shoulder stiffness. She suggested appropriate adjustment to the massage to focus on specific areas of discomfort. I left feeling very relaxed with better range of movement.
My only negative was the traffic noise and conversations from the reception while I was in the room and also in the reception when leaving. Not the most tranquil experiencing the staff discussing loudly about their takings for the day. Shame, as that spoilt my peace that Mariah achieved.
