The first thing I liked was that Donna saw me on time, so many other hairdressing salons left me waiting 10-15 min after my allotted time. Donna was very friendly, remembered my call to the salon and was very considerate at each stage of my hair cut and blow dry, asking me if this or that was ok and explaining what she was doing. Just to add that the girl doing my shampooing gave a really good massage when doing so , I would go back again, nice to find a local hairdressers who is good
