Mackenzie was brilliant in advising what haircut to get. She was incredibly attentive, taking the time to understand what I wanted and offering thoughtful advice on the best haircut for me. Throughout the appointment, she made sure I was comfortable and paid great attention to detail, which really made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the result—highly recommend her!
