Donna was great! It was my first time getting a haircut with her. She was great at understanding my wants (low maintenance haircut, going from long to medium long) and getting me a simple cut with nice layers :) all while keeping up a lovely conversation where she was more than happy to talk me through some future hair ideas (including perm or hair colours). She’s not afraid to tell you if something won’t work! I left the appointment with a hair colour treatment booked in for January… :)

The overall experience was excellent, it was the first time I had been to this salon, the staff was very friendly. Donna was my hair dresser, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it like the picture and styled it the exact way I said, I was very pleased with the experience and love my hair.
