Incredibly rude man. No consultation before hair wash. My hair looks like I’ve cut myself layers and when I questioned it at the end he patronised me saying yes they are layers. Will be sending photos to treatwell and requesting a refund. Awful experience. I have been here a few times before and thought I’d always go back but never again. So angry I just wasted my money and am now left with this dash job of a hair cut.

"I asked to keep same hairstyle and just cut my hair. Unfortunately, I left with curly hair and I didn’t realise how short are front hair. Looks like super short in front and long the rest.
I have to book another appointment for someone to fix it.
Friendly staff and nice environment but unhappy with my hair. “

Nice salon, great hair wash but the cut was a bit shorter than I expected but that could have been down to me, more importantly the next morning after the cut I realized the left side was about half and inch shorter than the right so I’ll now have to wait to grow it out before balancing because it’s way too short to recut
