I booked semi-permanent colour and believed that was the service I had been given, I was informed it was Inoa colour at the appointment however as I am not a hairdresser I assumed this was the semi-permanent colour I had booked and requested. I have recently visited a new hairdresser as my hair went orange and they informed I was lied to and given a permanent dye. This is why I have given it one star

I’m actually in a shock after discussing the length and showing me length closer to my chest I’ve come home with shoulder length hair it’s actually shorter then shoulder length at the back.

Murat is a great listener - he really took the time to understand what it was I wanted - and was able to deliver that with ease. Plus the massaging chair at the wash basins was worth the price of the haircut alone!
