I’ve been to this salon a few times and every time I’ve been it’s been amazing when I’m in London I always come back here, however this time I had to wait 30 mins for Ayhan not sure if he takes his job seriously thinking that’s ok to make your Clint wait 30mins I couldn’t judge his performance as I had to leave that’s why only 1* I’m still awaiting a refund

Omar and the team are just fabulous. My mum has Dementia and they treat her with such kindness whilst washing and cutting her hair.
I cant thank the team, and especially Omar enough.
