I booked via Treatwell. I paid at the venue without looking at my bill. at home I saw I had been charged £48 instead of £40 as advertised for Mondays with a discount.
I wrote to them and they said that I had not had what Treatwell offered but a restyle instead. I had long hair and wanted a bob, which I got. I think the receptionist took advantage of my infirmity (I see with only one eye). She should have told me before rather after the event. The owner refunded me but it ruined the experience.

Wonderful service and the haircut was beautiful. Murat took time to discuss what I want and what would suit me. The hair wash was also nice and relaxing.
