Came in to bleach + tone my roots and had some colour correction to do as well as my previous salon left me with orange roots. Staff were very friendly, went the extra mile to give me a result I loved and even left me free treatment samples at the end. I am obsessed with the colour.

Very disappointing experience - it is the second time the hairsalon has kept us waiting for our child's haircut appointment (he is 2 years old) for more than 20 mins. We don't consider this a very good level of service and we won't be returning.
