I had a lovely experience at Belsize hair salon. Naz went above and beyond in making sure that I was happy with the cut. Will definitely come back!

I’ve been to this salon a few times and every time I’ve been it’s been amazing when I’m in London I always come back here, however this time I had to wait 30 mins for Ayhan not sure if he takes his job seriously thinking that’s ok to make your Clint wait 30mins I couldn’t judge his performance as I had to leave that’s why only 1* I’m still awaiting a refund
