Loved the root colour, I am a regular and always get this done. It is lovely! The only confusion was I think my hair was trimmed without my permission as I never want to trim or cut my hair when I book this service so a note should be written to not do this please

In the booking it said 45 minutes. It took 20 minutes. Didn't think it was a particularly friendly atmosphere. The only conversation was how I wanted my hair cut. I also thought that £45 for 20 minutes was rather expensive.
