I recently visited belsize hair salon for a haircut and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a complimentary beverage. The salon's ambiance is modern and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to unwind.

I had a terrible experience. I was not happy with the colour or blow dry but I was too polite to say something at the time. After multiple bad reactions from friends wondering why I had done such an awful thing to my hair I returned to the hairdresser to see if anything could be done to make it right. Ahmet was extremely rude and dismissive with zero customer service or any attempt to see if something could be done to make me slightly happier with the hair color.He made me feel awful.
