Utterly traumatised, I’ve been in tears. I wanted a trim & subtle layers. The layers are so chunky it looks like Lego, & the front is 4 inches shorter (I wanted all same length). Fringe also crooked, I had to fix it myself. How are they 4.9 stars?!?
