the person who washed my hair didn't give me a head massage or turn the chair massager on, that was a bit disappointing.
the receptionist was busy on her phone and didn't notice me until one of the hairdressers alerted her. but to otherwise great, I've been going to this salon for a a couple of years and it is very good value for money and good hairdressers.
