This was a new salon for me, as my normal one was fully booked, so I was a bit nervous,also the the salon was unfamiliar to me and fairly new, so I had no idea what to expect. However I was greeted warmly by the staff straight away. My stylist Carlos, was warm and friendly, shook my hand -
and I soon felt at ease. It was obvious that he was a very experienced hairdresser, and gave me advice on how to increase the volume and strength of my hair. I asked his advice about a future restyle and he gave me some recommendations that would suit my face shape and a change or colour. On this occasion I just had a trim with layers. Really pleased with the results.
Very professional.
I will go back again.

BEM Hair House is a very inviting and accommodating hair salon. Emanuela, the wonderfully kind and skilled hairstylist, was amazing! I love my short bob haircut!! Thank you!
